​Please Note

To help manage appointments fairly and minimise disruptions, from 1 September 2026, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking all new appointments.

Your appointment will only be confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received.

Balance of the session fee is payable at the time of your appointment

via cash, direct deposit/Pay ID, or debit/credit card**

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

​

48 hours or more notice: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your 50% deposit will be fully refunded.

Less than 48 hours notice: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.

If you wish to book another appointment following a late cancellation, a new 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Rescheduling Policy​

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

48 hours or more notice: Your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment at no additional

Less than 48 hours notice: The deposit will be retained as the late rescheduling fee, and a new 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking the new appointment.

To ensure fairness and consistency, a deposit can only be transferred once when rescheduling with the required notice.

If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment​

If I ever need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded, no matter how much notice I'm able to give.

If I need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will simply be moved over to your new appointment time, regardless of notice. You won't need to pay another deposit.
