Welcome to Juniper Tree Counselling, where your well-being is my priority
Hi, I'm Sandra, a dedicated mother of two, and a qualified counsellor accredited with ACA (Australian Counsellors Association). I'm also a registered provider with the National Redress Scheme. With a wealth of life experiences that have shaped my journey, including navigating mental health challenges within my family such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Bipolar Disorder, I understand first hand the complexities and struggles that individuals and families face.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I provide a safe and understanding space for you to explore and overcome mental health and relationship challenges. My focus is on couples counselling, and I offer dedicated support for parents and caregivers of individuals with ASD, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, I provide guidance for those living with or caring for loved ones facing mental health challenges. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth, a couple navigating relationship issues, or a parent trying to connect with your teenager, I am here to help guide you toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
In addition to traditional counselling techniques, I provide spiritual counselling for those seeking a more holistic approach to their well-being.
